House rules
Dear Guests,
We hope that by accepting the following, you will enjoy your stay at Alpenrose.
- Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- Check-out is until 10:00 AM. For late check-out, prior arrangement is required, and a surcharge of €10 per room will apply.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. A designated smoking area is available outside the building.
- Please leave your skis and ski boots in the storage room and do not take them to the rooms.
- Parking in front of the building is allowed only for loading and unloading purposes.
- Pets are allowed for a fee of €10 per night, and only small pets are accepted. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier bag while on the premises.
- Please take care of the building and furniture. Any damages caused will be the responsibility of the guest.
- Rooms are cleaned only after check-out unless requested otherwise. Any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred due to improper use of the rooms will be invoiced by the host before check-out. Extra cleaning fee ranges from €10 to €100.
- Please segregate waste according to Austrian regulations (plastic, metal, paper, glass, and household waste).
The price includes:
- Accommodation in 3-4-5 bed family rooms
- Use of guest kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, freezer)
- Use of club room (table football, darts, board games, sound system)
- Wi-Fi access
- Free parking around the building, depending on the snow situation (additional parking available in the ski area parking lot)
The price does not include:
- Pet accommodation
- Bedding use (bedding rental fee of €10/set)
GROUP RESERVATIONS:
In the first level, we can accommodate a total of 16-18 people in 4 rooms, which can be booked together with private use of the guest kitchen.
SKI PASS RATES:

ROOM RESERVATION FEE:
- The price for 4 rooms (16-18 people) is €440/night.
- The requested nights can only be reserved upon receipt of 50% of the booking fee to the bank account. The accommodation provider is entitled to request the full fee in advance 14 days before arrival!
Cancellation conditions are based on those provided by the Austrian Hotel Association.
Cancellation by unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible subject to the payment of the following cancellation fees:
– Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge
– Within 30 days of arrival: 40% of the total agreed price
– During the last week before arrival: 70% of the total agreed price
– On the last day before arrival: 90% of the total agreed price
– In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the total agreed price must be paid.
